ABOUT THE ROLE

The Absolut Group (TAG) Sweden is undergoing a digital transformation to replace their current ERP system to SAP. To support us in this ERP implementation project journey we are looking for a proactive and organized intern who will work closely with the TAG Business Engagement Lead and the application Product Owners during the project testing phase.

You will be responsible for activities like maintaining test documentation like test scripts test cases etc. supporting test execution tracking test execution progress managing defects and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

You will work closely with the Business Engagement Lead and the application Product Owners during the testing phase (SIT E2E UAT) of the ERP Implementation project.

Test Preparation:

Ensure the tracking of test preparation readiness (test environment setup connectivity test data etc.) with the support of product owners for different test cycles
Support the Business Engagement Lead to plan the testing along with the product owners
Support the product owners in documenting the test case preparation

Test Coordination & Execution:

Coordinate test execution activities with the product owners during SIT E2E tests
Support the product owners in test execution documentation and JIRA test execution update

Defect Management:

Support to track report and manage defects through to resolution.
Ensure timely communication & coordination with product owners to track the defect to closure.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the point of contact along with the Business Engagement Lead to coordinate/support testing related matters pertaining to the local TAG applications.
Support to prepare and provide regular status updates risk assessments and test reports to project managers.

Who we think will fit in this role:

University degree student in Tech/IT or a related field.
Experience in project coordination with focus on testing coordination/management in an IT implementation project
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of the IT project testing phase - test preparation managing test scripts test execution defect management and tracking
Proficiency in JIRA MS Office SharePoint
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
