As a Recruitment Specialist at Business Sweden you will manage a diverse range of tasks within talent acquisition and onboarding. Your focus will be on retaining and developing talent in the APAC region while taking ownership of the end-to-end process: Attract Hire Onboard. You will work closely with offices and leaders across the region to support and understand our business and recruitment needs at both regional and market levels. Additionally you will collaborate closely with the regions HR Business Partners.
This role requires strong knowledge of the consulting industry where agility client-centricity and project-based delivery models are key. You will identify talent who can thrive in dynamic environments and deliver measurable impact across diverse industries such as technology finance life sciences and manufacturing.
The role includes both strategic tactical and operational responsibilities such as:
- Drive employer branding initiatives and campaigns within the region.
- Create job profiles and advertisements.
- Actively source and headhunt candidates using global networks and advanced search techniques.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments both in Sweden and at local markets.
- Prepare offer packages and manage candidate communication.
- Design and execute onboarding programs ensuring smooth integration.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with long-term competence planning.
- Supporting retention and long-term engagement of new hires.
The role is based in Stockholm you will report to VP HR and work together with APAC region. You will collaborate with teams and clients globally.
The role is a fixed-term employment for one year.
