You will be supporting the following tasks linked to commercial purchasing topics within Bosch Home Comfort:
- Support on price agreements management;
- Support standard market inquiries;
- Support on IT Systems updates (SAP and Bosch internal tools);
- Support in Tools management;
- Support tasks related to purchasing area self-organization;
- Support on ordering process.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Administrative Management or similar;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese English and French as a plus);
- Knowledge on SAP tool (is a plus);
- Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions;
- Structured and analytical way of working;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- MS office (Excel Word)
