About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions supporting secure capabilities across OFFICIAL and PROTECTED environments. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure service delivery objectives are met while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end service delivery processes and improvements.
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Providing operational guidance and support to service providers.
  • Maintaining service catalogues OLAs and SLAs.
  • Ensuring alignment with internal security and technology standards.
  • Leading incident management and business continuity planning.

The Successful Candidate

You will bring strong experience in service delivery management within complex environments ideally with exposure to secure government or defence settings. Your background will include:

  • Proven capability in business process improvement customer service support and performance management.
  • Experience in service level and technology service management (SFIA Level 5).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change manage incidents and drive innovation.

Desirable attributes include experience in managing innovation pipelines and advanced service level management (SFIA Level 6).

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT or Sydney NSW.

Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date plus potential extensions

SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.

Security Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizens with a minimum NV1 (Negative Vetting 1) security clearance. Candidates with a current Defence Intelligence Agency recognised Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) are highly preferred.
