- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues efficiently.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems peripherals and related devices.
- Provide onboarding support and technical assistance to new and existing users.
- Maintain and update IT inventory ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
- Support IT infrastructure including network servers and system performance monitoring.
- Assist with IT administrative tasks including compliance and policy implementation.
- Collaborate directly with end-users to deliver high-quality technical support.
- Stay proactive and tactical in identifying and resolving potential system or user issues.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience in IT administration or technical support.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of IT systems hardware and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ticketing systems and antivirus/security tools.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and certifications such as CompTIA A ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (added advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work tactically and proactively in resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a user-focused approach.
- Commitment to maintaining endpoint security and promoting user awareness.
