Were looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide accurate effective and professional administration and excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of our site in Acton.
Your Mission at Elis
- To develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to provide first line support to both.
- To accurately record customer orders via phone or email and proactively promptly and efficiently deal with any customer queries keeping them informed of developments in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
- To promptly and courteously notify customers of shortfalls on their deliveries.
- To promote Connect ordering and deal with any Connect queries.
- To provide accurate and timely data entry manipulation and retrieval including payroll data and customer charges.
- To identify and appropriately and professionally escalate any problems / issues which need management intervention.
- To undertake reception duties as required.
- To maintain customer and staff confidentiality and to work to company policies and procedures.
What will make you stand out
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
