The Role:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
- Prepare type and format contracts completion statements letters and property forms
- Manage diaries appointments and client communication via telephone email and in person
- Open update and close files using the firms case management system
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems
- Support billing timesheets and general office administration
The Person What Were Looking For
- At least 1 years Administration experience in a professional services environment
- Strong typing and document production skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
