Your Role
St Patricks College is seeking a vibrant efficient and energetic person for the position ofAdministration Assistant. This is a term-time position (38hpw) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining effective office management systems that support the educational functions of St Patricks College. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks at an advanced level ensuring the smooth operation of our school environment.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of and a commitment to the ethos of Catholic addition you will have excellent time management skills well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system such as TASS would be advantageous.
