Summary: The purpose of the position will be to contribute to the delivery of quality Support The Multiple Youth Support Service teams efficiencies through the administration of program processes and information systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support duties including minute taking filing scanning data entry
Coordination of inventory and asset management
Coordination of staff trainings licenses and travel compliance requirements
Monitor finances for services TIBI Lighthouse and TYSS.
Minute taking for all Team Meetings and other as directed by the Practice Lead
Distribution of Minutes and uploading in records registry
Administrative support functions to support the continuity and provision of services
Required Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
Relevant experience working within an administration support position
Demonstrated competence in the use of business technology and desktop applications Internet Word Excel and database platforms with the ability to learn and instruct others in using these programs
Have an understanding of the historical and contemporary issues and challenges relevant to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities organisations and individuals
Demonstrated ability to take direction determine priorities and manage workloads in order to meet agreed timelines and objectives
Proven ability adhering to the principles of confidentiality
Well-developed written verbal visual and non-verbal communication skills to ensure positive engagement with staff clients and visitors
Required Licenses and Checks
Ability to pass a National Police Check no Serious/Criminal/Court Records
Current Blue Card (Queenslands Working with Children Check)
Current C Class Drivers Licence (Qld)
Proof of qualifications and current registration (as appropriate) are to be provided prior to commencement of employment
