JOB TITLE: Subcontract Administrator - Level 2
LOCATION: Lexington KY
PAY RATE: $26-34.20/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Administer and manage subcontracts from RFP to closeout.
-
Monitor and ensure subcontractor cost schedule and performance compliance.
-
Implement supplier corrective actions and return to green initiatives as needed.
-
Prepare and deliver status reports to senior and executive leadership.
-
Partner with Compliance to support audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
-
Secret clearance required to start
-
Experience in Government procurements/subcontract acquisitions.
-
Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and complex Government procurement processes.
-
Proven ability to analyze data and develop negotiation positions based on multiple data sources.
-
In-depth knowledge of cost/price analysis FAR and DFAR.
-
Experience evaluating proposals Statements of Work and leading negotiations.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Demonstrated leadership in team and project management; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
-
Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
-
Familiarity with DoD contract types and SAP systems.
-
Experience establishing and managing supplier relationships and performance.
-
Working knowledge of labor contracts and SOF contracts.
-
Background in both competitive and non-competitive pricing agreements.

Experience leading complex negotiations and Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs).

Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership suppliers and external partners.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
