Job Summary

Job Description:

Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage and optimize supply chain processes including transportation warehousing and inventory management.

Collaborate with manufacturing operations and sales teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational execution.

Oversee sourcing strategies for raw materials packaging and indirect goods.
-
Monitor logistics performance metrics identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships meeting quality cost and delivery targets.

Ensure supply chain activities comply with regulatory and industry standards including food safety.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction material planning and supply chain integration.

Provide leadership mentorship and direction to supply chain teams.

Collaborate with finance quality assurance and operations teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years experience in supply chain/logistics management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles logistics and procurement best practices.

Familiarity with ERP systems regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational improvements.

Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
