Were looking for a driven and curious Human Resource Intern to support end-to-end hiring activities across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research people interactions and fast-paced learning in the world of recruiting and HR.
What Youll Do
Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn job boards and talent databases.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
Support the creation and posting of job descriptions across platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers reports and dashboards.
Conduct basic talent market research and competitor mapping.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives (social content outreach etc.) when required.
What Were Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in HR Psychology Business or related field).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfort with tools like Google Sheets LinkedIn and Excel.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of real-world recruiting and people centric projects.
