About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join us in our Bengaluru office. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to get hands-on exposure to recruitment HR operations and people management while working closely with leadership.
Youll handle job postings manage candidate pipelines coordinate interviews and keep our hiring process running smoothly. Beyond recruitment youll also support day-to-day HR operations travel coordination and team engagement giving you a front-row seat to how HR works in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Write and publish job descriptions on various platforms.
Source and filter candidate profiles to build a strong pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Manage calendars and support leadership with scheduling.
Collect and organize interview feedback from the team.
Maintain and update HR documentation trackers and candidate records.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Assist in monitoring team schedules and attendance.
Handle travel schedules for leadership and visiting clients.
Ensure HR policies set by management are followed consistently.
Plan offsites and monthly team-bonding activities to strengthen culture.
What Were Looking For
Fresh graduate (Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or related field preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Workspace Excel job portals (LinkedIn Internshala etc.).
A proactive and reliable team player eager to learn.
