Job Role:
Were looking for a Support Executive Intern to join our Campus Programs team. The intern will be responsible for managing support tickets handling escalation calls and ensuring smooth resolution of student and partner queries. This role requires strong communication skills problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve support tickets related to Campus Programs via Zoho Desk.
Handle escalation calls and ensure timely follow-ups until the matter is closed.
Respond to student and SPOC queries related to course access schedules and program details.
Provide or revoke access to programs as per requests and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain prompt and professional communication with students mentors and internal teams.
Track recurring issues and share regular support performance reports with the team.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
