Director, Commercial Supply Chain

Role Summary

We are seeking a Director of Commercial Supply Chain to oversee day-to-day operations for our commercial product Qinlock and support additional late-stage programs nearing commercialization. This leadership role will ensure continuity of supply by managing demand forecasts overseeing relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and supporting key commercial manufacturing functions.

The Director will lead Commercial Supply Steering Committee (CSSC) meetings be an integral participant in Joint Steering Committees with external partners and manage commercial packaging contracts and inventory budget addition the role will drive launch planning and execution for new markets including the U.S. EU Japan and South Korea.

Success in this position requires strong leadership cross-functional collaboration organizational excellence and the ability to operate in a fast-paced evolving biotech environment. Travel of up to 30% will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Supply Management (50%)

• Ensure continuity of supply for commercial products and manage demand forecasts KPIs and supply changes
• Oversee commercial packaging and CMO relationships while leading commercial inventory and distribution activities
• Support ERP integration and develop SOPs as needed

Commercial Supply Committees (25%)

• Lead internal Supply Steering Committee meetings and represent Supply Chain in Joint Steering Committees with CMOs
• Manage risk strategies change controls complaints and deviations

Launch Planning & Support (25%)

• Act as Supply Chain lead for U.S. and international launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams on launch readiness
• Support launches in EU Japan and South Korea

Qualifications :

Required

• BS in a scientific or technical field with 10 years in supply chain or related roles in a cGMP environment
• 3 years in Commercial Supply Chain or Manufacturing with launch experience
• Knowledge of cGMP/cGDP inventory systems PowerPoint and MS Project
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
• CMO oversight experience in (bio)pharma
• Expertise in demand/supply scenario planning and risk management

Additional Information :

Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $181000-$248000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors including but not limited to depth of experience education skillset overall performance and/or location.
