We are seeking to grow its US team with an inspirational Director who has deep expertise across a breadth of brand and marketing strategy challenges such as brand purpose & positioning opportunity identification & prioritisation and innovation & experience strategy.
As an active leader within our business you will be responsible for leading exciting and ambitious global projects from brief through to successful delivery with support from a project team.
You should have a passion and skill for creating clear and compelling growth strategies which are underpinned by consumer insight and commercial rigour. A track record of growing existing and new client relationships and a desire to roll-up your sleeves to create inspiring and impactful work.
There are also opportunities for offer and IP development as well as line management of more junior team members as part of the role.
What Youll Do:
Collaboratively solving our clients most important and complex strategic challenges delivering clarity of thinking that influences C-Suite clients and unlocks growth for their brands and businesses.
Leading projects from start to finish putting strategic thinking at the heart of the project ensuring quality rigor and creativity of thinking and clarity of storytelling.
Cultivate relationships with new and existing senior clients to identify new opportunities as well as lead and deliver winning proposals and pitches.
Responsible for generating 5 x annual salary in net revenue from new and existing accounts.
Maintaining the highest standards of output in written visual and verbal communications with clients workshop experiences and broader IP
Inspiring and developing more junior members of the team through direct collaboration on projects and proposals.

Approximately 10 years brand/marketing strategy consultancy or relevant client-side experience
Solid strategy experience with demonstrable cases of successful commercial impact stories
Deep understanding of all aspects of business and brand strategy and product/service innovation
Extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research and insight development
Ability to understand brand and marketing issues from a consumer strategic and commercial perspective thinking laterally and creatively
Rich experience working on a range of consumer brand problems across a range of sectors and clients with a focus on FMCG Healthcare and Technology products and services
Passion for working collaboratively with a wider team of experts to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
Tangible examples of upskilling more junior colleagues and taking them on the strategic journey
Proven track-record of new business development and cultivating client relationships

WHAT YOULL GET
For the right candidate we will offer a competitive benefits package including: 20 vacation days 401k match annual pay reviews flexible working and WFH opportunities. Salary is commensurate with experience but ranges from $145000-$165000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
