Job Summary
IT Program Director
Duration:

Responsibilities
Provide program-level oversight for 1 2 IT Project Managers.
Manage large-scale Elevance IT projects coordinating across multiple internal groups.
Deliver executive-level updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Oversee testing practices including SIT UAT and end-to-end testing and manage the lead test group.
Preferred Experience
Elevance Care Management Initiatives:
Familiarity with Healthy Innovations Platform (HIP) currently handling 60 65% of Care Management work.
Experience with Healthy Returns System (HRS) is also acceptable.
Interaction with Elevance systems:
Clinical Data Platform (CDP) data warehouse
Condition Identification & Stratification systems
Digital Enablement team (interaction tracking system)
Telephony systems
Correspondence Center (letters system)
Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to manage large complex IT programs in healthcare or insurance domains.
Strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures.
