eCommerce Retail Sales, Senior Manager

NIQs Retail Sales team is focused on growing retail partnerships in the Korea market building a go to market revenue plan and finding new opportunities. Sales is NIQs growth engine which is instrumental for the companys success.
 
 As Koreas eCommerce Retail Sales Senior Manager you will take responsibility of the overall eCommerce Retailer portfolio. You will secure our collaboration improve our partnerships recruit new partners and drive a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities and maintaining relationships for existing accounts.

• Lead commercial strategy partnership and sales of Koreas eCommerce retailers solutions
• Sourcing and recruit for strategic new eCommerce retailers enhancing features & inputs from existing ones
• Secure the eCommerce retailers cooperation continuity improving the conditions of existing cooperation agreements with current eCommerce retailer partners
• Ensure all data partnerships are correctly managed within the Partnership Program framework
• Ensure the Best-in-Class servicing through account development retail team and in collaboration with the customer services using our different platforms in priority
• Drive sales cooperation renewals and overall growth of existing eCommerce retailers securing sustainable and long-term pipeline revenue opportunities ensuring an accurate forecasting; maintain C-suite customer relationships
• Increase penetration of the NIQ/GFK solution portfolio and seek strategic alliances leveraging partnerships with third parties (e.g. for Loyalty Pricing OSA Business Intelligence Newron and Collaborative programs) to create strong dependency of eCommerce retailers on our capabilities and information
• Develop a strategic understanding of our eCommerce retailers industry / business / markets / clusters
• Partner with Customer Success and other relevant functions (Operations Product Leadership Technology and Marketing) to define strategic Account Plans and JBPs and remove roadblocks
• Drive strategic action plan to tackle Voice of the Customer feedback
• Ensure proactive alignment of NIQ and GFK values proposition to customers needs and trends.

About You

You strengthen our relationship with customers and unlock opportunities for growth and better partnerships.
 

Qualifications :

• Min 5 years of related experience at least 2 years in eComms
• Solid long cycle/Enterprise sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scope
• Solid experiences and understanding of eComm retailer industry
• Solid understanding of data analytics industry business model products services and solutions
• Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers
• Good communication skills in English and local language is a must
• Team player people person open minded agile and a great personality
