Job Description
- Craft and serve premium cocktails wine and beverages with precision creativity and flair.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu including classic and signature cocktails wines and spirits.
- Upsell and recommend beverages demonstrating a refined understanding of guest preferences and pairing suggestions.
- Maintain a clean organised and well-stocked bar in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support bar setup and pack-down including restocking and inventory management.
- Follow and implement all departmental procedures standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Demonstrate the Passion for Excellence through serving our guests with flair and professionalism ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
- Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the Essence of Pleasure is achieved.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
- Represent the hotel brand with pride professionalism and attention to detail at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel high-end bar or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails wines and premium spirits.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills with a warm and engaging personality.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.
- A team player who takes initiative and maintains professionalism under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
