Bartender Food & Beverage Attendant

Oaks Cairns Hotel are looking for multiple enthusiastic and service-driven Bartender / Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team on a casual basis.

In this dual role youll work across both the bar and restaurant floor supporting smooth service during lunch and evening shifts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to all guests across the restaurant and bar.

• Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.

• Recommending menu items confidently sharing your knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest needs with professionalism and warmth.

Shift Details:

• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday 
• Shifts starting from 12.00pm (subject to change)
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

Hourly rates (excluding super):

Monday Friday: $31.19 per hour 
Saturday: $37.43 per hour
Sunday: $43.66 per hour

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a waitstaff bartender or all-rounder in a hospitality environment.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
