Job Summary
Were looking for experienced and personable casual Bartenders to join our team and deliver memorable guest experiences across our outlets. Whether youre expertly mixing cocktails at Sola bar or serving wine and beer at our conference and events centre youll contribute to making every visit special.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests warmly and offer knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
- Take orders and serve drinks efficiently keeping service smooth and energetic
- Maintain a clean well-stocked and inviting bar area at all times
- Support events and functions helping to create a lively and engaging atmosphere
- Accurately manage bartending tasks including inventory control
Qualifications :
- A friendly approachable attitude with a guest-focused mindset
- Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
