Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders to join the opening team of Cleo and help shape the guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional cocktails from timeless classics to signature rooftop creations
- Deliver warm genuine and professional service in a fast-paced environment
- Support bar setup and pack down ensuring the workspace is clean organised and fully stocked
- Share your knowledge of beverages flavours and pairings with guests
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service
- Uphold Cleos high standards of presentation quality and guest experience
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits wine cocktails and bar techniques.
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
