Role Overview:
Join the team to help make and test medical devices. Youll maintain equipment follow procedures and ensure high-quality production. Youll also support other areas as needed to meet our delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in manufacturing and testing medical devices.
Maintain and calibrate equipment.
Accurately complete records and worksheets.
Use the ERP system for tracking work and managing documents.
Report progress and issues promptly.
Work as part of a team and help with planning tasks.
Follow health and safety procedures.
Ensure all work meets company standards and regulations.
Education and Experience:
Essential: GCSEs in Maths English and Science; team experience; basic computer skills; good time management and interpersonal skills.
Desirable: Degree in a relevant subject; A Levels; lab experience; knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality Systems.
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in using ERP systems for progress logging and transactions
Experience with Microsoft Suite applications and proficiency in using computer software
