The A/B Testing Strategist & Optimization Specialist will use platforms like VWO Datadog and Statsig to monitor performance generate insights and recommend design or UX/UI improvements that maximize conversion rates and engagement.
This role requires a balance of analytical rigor UX understanding and strategic communication as the specialist will present findings and recommendations directly to senior executives including the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team.
Key responsabilities:
Plan execute and analyze A/B multivariate and split tests using tools such as VWO Statsig Datadog or equivalent experimentation platforms.
Define testing hypotheses based on quantitative data user feedback and behavioral insights.
Ensure all experiments are statistically valid and technically implemented correctly.
Monitor site and user behavior through analytics dashboards and experimentation tools.
Gather interpret and visualize test results using data-driven storytelling.
Identify winning variations based on measurable outcomes (conversion rate engagement metrics retention etc.).
Translate analytical results into clear actionable business decisions.
Proactively suggest UX/UI improvements on high-impact pages such as landing pages pricing pages and sign-up flows.
Present optimization opportunities and test results to the CMO and key marketing stakeholders ensuring recommendations are aligned with brand strategy and growth objectives.
Support the development of a continuous experimentation roadmap for ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with designers in Figma to visualize proposed test variants user flows and improvements.
Document experiment requirements acceptance criteria and testing methodologies clearly.
Use Asana to assign and track development tasks ensuring timely implementation of winning tests.
Maintain version control and detailed records of test history and learnings.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports summarizing testing progress insights and performance metrics.
Communicate complex findings in a concise visually clear way suitable for non-technical stakeholders.
Provide rapid feedback to developers designers and marketers to maintain continuous iteration cycles.
Ensure test accuracy proper segmentation and reliable tracking implementation.
Stay updated on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) trends experimentation methodologies and UI/UX best practices.

Continuously improve the websites conversion and engagement metrics through testing and data insights.
Ensure every optimization recommendation is supported by quantifiable data and UX/UI principles.
Advanced understanding of A/B testing experimentation design and CRO methodologies
Strong analytical and statistical reasoning
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles behavioral design and user psychology
Ability to visualize and articulate test ideas through Figma prototypes
Strategic thinking aligned with business goals
Fast response and adaptability to evolving priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Education and experience requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Psychology Data Science Computer Science or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
35 years in conversion rate optimization (CRO) A/B testing or digital experimentation ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hands-on experience with VWO Statsig Datadog or similar testing and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Figma Asana and data visualization tools.
Proven ability to translate data into clear strategic design and content recommendations.
Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals (preferred not required).
Experience collaborating directly with executive stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
