Job Description

We are now looking for a Human Resources Projects Analyst (1-year contract) to join our Group Human Resources team to develop and document human resources (HR) standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency compliance and operational excellence across HR processes. This role will also assist in co-ordination of talent acquisition administration.

As the HR Projects Analyst we will rely on you to:

  • Map review and document current HR Business Partner and HR Shared Services core processes.
  • Develop standardize and implement SOPs for all core HR processes (e.g. onboarding offboarding employee lifecycle payroll interface with Finance benefits administration etc.).
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. HR Governance Finance) to ensure SOPs are practical compliant and aligned with business needs.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to roll out new SOPs.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of SOPs gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal audit compliance and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain a central repository for all SOPs and related documentation.
  • Provide coordination assistance to the HRBPs and align consistency of process across HRBPs on TA activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Hospitality or related field.
  • Preferably some experience in HR operations HRBP or HR Shared Services roles.
  • Experience in process mapping SOP development and project management.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices employment law and compliance.
