Job Summary
Sales Associate Club Pilates East Montgomery
Location: East Montgomery AL
Compensation: $10/hour Commission
Type: Part-Time Weekend availability required

What Youll Do

Drive membership sales by calling texting and following up with leads.

Provide an exceptional first impression for walk-ins guests and new members.

Confidently communicate the value of Club Pilates memberships and overcome objections related to price or commitment.

Assist in studio events and grassroots marketing efforts to grow brand awareness in the local community.

Support daily operations including front desk tasks appointment scheduling and maintaining studio cleanliness.

Build lasting relationships with members to promote renewals referrals and retention.

Meet and exceed personal and studio sales goals through motivation and consistency.

Confident in handling objections and guiding clients toward membership decisions.

Organized reliable and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced studio environment.

Willing to work at least one weekend day each week.

Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to East Montgomery.
Qualifications
-
Previous sales or customer service experience required (fitness industry experience is a plus).

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads.

Passionate about wellness movement and community.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
