Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide clear professional and timely support to users
Handle backoffice tasks and follow-ups
Escalate high-priority issues when needed
Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or higher)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Comfortable working shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 including weekends
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Availability to work on-site in Porto for the first 6 months with hybrid options available afterward
Fixed monthly salary of 1740
Daily meal allowance (approx. 141/month)
Language bonus included
Holiday bonus paid twice a year

Reimbursement of flight costs (with second salary)
