Job Summary
Responsible for managing channel partners and driving sales growth in CCTV products. The role focuses on developing sales strategies supporting distributors and promoting products to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners analyzing industry trends and formulating effective channel sales strategies.
- Provide channel customers with comprehensive support including sales technical and product assistance.
- Collaborate closely with partners to drive product marketing promotional activities and service improvements while gathering market and customer feedback.
- Conduct frequent business trips to provinces and meet customers regularly.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Main Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in channel distribution sales or sales-out roles preferably in the CCTV or related electronics/technology industries.
- Fluent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Sales experience in CCTV or related products with distributors resellers or companies such as VIVO OPPO Huawei Samsung Hikvision or Tiandy is strongly valued.
- Smart quick learner honest proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong presentation training and solution-selling skills.
- Familiarity with IT and CCTV technology; fresh graduates in IT-related
fields with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are also
welcome.
Working Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
