Ce que nous allons faire ensemble :

Être stagiaire chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Vous serez intégré au sein du département Support & Services dATR. Le GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) est loffre de services de maintenance et de réparation de pièces avion dATR pour les compagnies aériennes. En tant que membre de léquipe de gestion des fournisseurs de réparations vous serez chargé danalyser simplifier et mettre à jour le système qualité du service (périmètre international). Vous aurez également une activité de suivit de projet et damélioration sur les process.

Descriptif des missions proposées:

  • Mise à jour des process du service SBGO:
    • Comprendre le système qualité dATR
    • Identifier et comprendre les process à mettre à jour
    • Conduire les entretiens avec les parties prenantes
    • Mettre à jour des documents
  • Validation avec le service Qualité
    • Partager et expliquer le livrable au service qualité
    • Comprendre et intégrer les feedbacks
  • Publication sur lintranet dédié
  • Présentation des process aux équipes concernées

Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

You will join ATRs Support & Services department. The GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) is ATRs maintenance and repair service offer for aircraft parts designed for airlines. As a member of the Repair Management team you will be responsible for analyzing simplifying and updating the departments quality system (international scope). You will be also accountable to analyze continuous improvement plan.

  • Updating SBGO service processes:
    • Understand ATRs quality system
    • Identify and analyze the processes that need updating
    • Conduct interviews with stakeholders
    • Update documentation
  • Validation with the Quality department:
    • Share and explain deliverables to the Quality team
    • Understand and incorporate feedback
  • Publication on the dedicated intranet
  • Presentation of processes to the relevant teams

  • Are a Masters student (university business school or general engineering program)
  • Have an interest in the aerospace industry ()

  • Have strong analytical and synthesis skills ()

  • Have knowledge of Office tools and SAP ()
