Keanes Limerick: Watch and Jewellery Sales Advisor Vacancy
At Keanes Jewellers we are at the heart of gift giving every day and we are looking for an experienced sales advisor to join our highly effective team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and excited at the idea of working within a leading family run Irish business representing exclusive world-famous brands. We will provide all product knowledge training for this key role.

You will be responsible for:
Creating a great customer experience for all of our customers
Developing effective product knowledge
Establishing a rapport with customers and providing expert knowledge
Leading customers through all steps in the buying process
Following all company administrative procedures
Providing great after sales service to our customers
Providing assistance to colleagues as needed to ensure the workload is being managed effectively
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and be eager to exceed expectations whilst also having:
A positive can-do attitude and possess great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
A courteous and professional approach in all dealings with customers both internal and external.
Ability to work well within a team and independently in a busy working environment.
