Become a Formatting Specialist at PwC New Zealand and help define the visual essence of our communications! Your expertise will transform documents with accuracy and creativity ensuring each one reflects the unique PwC brand.
As a vital part of our energetic Document Specialist Team youll collaborate with teams across the business to create polished professional and brand-consistent documents that make a difference. If youre detail-oriented enjoy working in a fast-paced administrative role have great team culture and communication skills seize this opportunity to enhance PwCs brand with outstanding documentation!
Your day-to-day could include:
Document production formatting editing and design using Google Microsoft and Adobe PDF software.
Conducting thorough reviews of documents to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with PwCs brand guidelines.
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
Acting as a brand ambassador ensuring all documents uphold PwCs visual identity and brand messaging consistently.
Managing multiple document projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collecting and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve document quality and effectiveness.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
Admin experience with a strong focus on formatting documents.
Intermediate to Advanced level of document management skills using both Google and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong confidentiality ethic.
Excellent relationship management skills and communication.
Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player.
