As an Assistant Accountant you will work closely with the finance team to produce periodical accounts reconcile balance sheets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. If you enjoy problem-solving collaborating with others and working in a fast-paced environment this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end processes including balance sheet reconciliations
- Post journal entries accruals and adjustments to maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Review AP payments & Payroll
- Maintain Customer Master Data
- Manage Staff expenses and corporate credit card
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting Commerce or relevant studies.
- Currently studying towards CA/CPA (ideal but not mandatory).
- Strong financial literacy and numeracy skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational skills able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and exposure to accounting systems or ERP software.
- A problem solver with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
