About the Company
Our client is building a hybrid wellness and education ecosystem that bridges offline and online experiences.
The project combines in-person retreats and group programs in Cascais with an online learning and community platform designed to empower personal growth mental well-being and continuous education.
Were looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will develop scalable processes synchronize teams and contractors and ensure both online and offline directions work seamlessly toward business growth.
Requirements
Must-have:
5 years in operations management / COO / Program Operations
Proven experience launching online products on ready-made platforms (LMS CRM chatbots payments).
Strong financial acumen: P&L pricing ROI analysis forecasting.
Process-building expertise: org design OKRs/KPIs playbooks workflows.
Structured results-driven mindset combined with empathetic communication.
Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate).
Nice-to-have:
Background in wellness psychotherapy or education.
Network of contractors in Portugal (production events influencers).
