The Opportunity

From day one you will be assigned your own responsibilities giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

What you will do:

As Billing Assistantyour key responsibilitywill be to record and monitor financial flows (premiums and/or claims) in accordance with managements directives for a portfolio of clients or products.

Youll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:

• Communicate with clients and counterparties both verbally and in writing on all accounting matters related to contracts
• Set up accounting and financial flows for new contracts by ensuring accurate provision and input of required data (e.g. contract details contributors commissions)
• Generate premium issuance and/or claims billing in line with contractual terms
• Manage unpaid premiums and claims reminders including appropriate follow-up actions
• Maintain and manage the inventory of assigned client and/or product portfolios
• Identify investigate and allocate unassigned or unallocated funds
• Process and manage calls for funds in accordance with contractual and financial requirements
• Follow up with clients in line with the Groups working capital and cash management processes

What Youll Bring

• Knowledge of insurance contract fundamentals is considered an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level with C1 preferred
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and work to deadlines
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
