Using a collaborative care model of telehealth physicians in-home paramedics and RN care managers we prevent unnecessary ER visits hospitalizations and readmissionswhile radically improving the patient and caregiver experience.
Were looking for empathetic energetic and customer-obsessed professionals to join our growing Patient Experience team. Youll serve as one of the first voices patients hear when engaging with myLaurelscheduling visits answering questions and providing compassionate support. Shifts can be anytime between 8 am to 8 pm EST (8 hour shift).
Youll handle both inbound and outbound calls helping patients understand the value of our care and scheduling critical health visits. Youll also assist with follow-ups pharmacy coordination and equipment needs. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a direct role in helping patients access lifesaving carefrom the comfort of home.
