Respond to customer enquiries via chats calls social media queries & emails
Provide customers with product and service information
Research required information using available resources
Identify customer needs
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Maintain an up to date customer information system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Description

Strong preference for candidates based in Barcelona Spain; willing to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (13 years)
Native / Fluent (Business level) in Danish or Norwegian or Swedish (verbal and written); good command of English
Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
Office-based in Barcelona Spain
Strong PC literacy
