We are looking for an RFP Coordinator to join our fantastic Sales Ops Team!
About the Role:
Proposal & Questionnaire Lifecycle Management
oCoordinate end-to-end process for RFPs RFIs RFQs and security questionnaires.
oAnalyze requirements deadlines and compliance criteria to ensure complete and timely responses.
oTrack progress and maintain visibility into all open requests.
oManage company access to tools like Ariba SAP etc. for submissions.
Bid Intelligence and Opportunity Scouting
oManage bid qualifications to ensure alignment and mitigate the waste of internal resources on misaligned submissions
oMaintain awareness of upcoming tenders and coordinate with Sales to prioritize pursuit.
Tool & Content Library Management
oAdminister the RFP/security questionnaire management platform (e.g. RFPIO Loopio).
oMaintain response libraries with accurate approved content for proposals and questionnaires.
oImplement tagging version control and workflow best practices to drive efficiency.
Collaboration & Coordination
oAssign sections/questions to appropriate SMEs across Sales Product Engineering Security Legal and Finance.
oFollow up with contributors track deadlines and escalate as needed to ensure timely completion.
oProvide clear status updates and timelines to leadership and deal teams.
Quality & Compliance Assurance
oReview responses for clarity consistency brand alignment and compliance.
oCoordinate final review and approvals from stakeholders before submission.
oEnsure security questionnaires meet customer/vendor requirements and accurately reflect company policies.
oCreating standardized response templates executive summaries or decks for sales teams.
oEnsuring all RFPs reflect consistent voice positioning and branding.
Reporting & Process Improvement
oTrack submission metrics include volume turnaround time and win rates.
oRecommend improvements to workflows templates and communication practices.
oSupport enablement efforts to improve SME efficiency and response quality.

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.
Base pay offered for this position is: $65000 - $80000
