SENIOR PROJECT / PROGRAM MANAGER (HYBRID LISBON)
Portuguese company hires for hybrid work
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Candidates for this position must already be located in Portugal
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory). Portuguese and Spanish are a plus

We are reinforcing our team with a Senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in the Energy sector. This role requires strong leadership excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring successful delivery of critical projects.
2 POSITIONS
1: Key Responsibilities
Ensure scope deadlines cost and quality are managed effectively.
Develop and monitor project plans including execution communication risk and mitigation strategies.
Guarantee financial execution aligns with project progress.
Manage relationships and ensure clear assertive communication with stakeholders.
Prepare project reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Must-Have Requirements (must appear in CV)
Bachelors degree (Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar).
Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager handling medium-sized and complex projects.
Project Management certifications (mandatory).
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and critical analysis.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (23 days/week onsite at client in Lisbon).
Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic environments managing bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
Nice to Have
Experience working in the Energy sector.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making support skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Electrical or Computer Engineering (preferred).
- Up to 9 years of proven experience managing medium to complex projects (scope timing budget).
- Project Management certifications (mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze critically resolve bottlenecks and drive results.
- Experience working in collaborative fast-paced environments.
