VPG is seeking a Central US Territory Sales Manager to join our MicroMeasurment Sales Teams. This position will cover the Central US territory.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering technical or scientific field preferred
MUST reside in the assign position territory: Texas Utah Phoenix
710 years of experience in local sales account management
Proven track record in technical solution selling; electronics/sensors industry a plus
Consistent achievement of sales targets and development of strategic accounts
Ability to translate complex technical products into customer value
Skilled in sales planning budgeting forecasting and CRM tools
Knowledge of market analysis and go-to-market strategy development
Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving business objectives
Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Proven success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
