Who are we looking for

We are currently looking for a: Accounting Specialist
Work format: hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office Krakw)

Your responsibilities:

  • Verifying entering and posting financial documents
  • Analyzing and reconciling receivables and payables
  • Reconciling account balances with domestic and international partners
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Posting invoices and maintaining VAT records
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Creating and settling cost provisions
  • Assisting with audit documentation preparation
  • Supporting the chief accountant in preparing tax declarations
  • Assisting in preparing financial statements reports and analyses
  • Cooperating with other departments to improve financial processes


What we expect:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and basic finance concepts
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Independence responsibility and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely


Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with accounting software especially
    Comarch ERP Optima
