Who are we looking for
We are currently looking for a: Accounting Specialist
Work format: hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office Krakw)

Your responsibilities:
- Verifying entering and posting financial documents
- Analyzing and reconciling receivables and payables
- Reconciling account balances with domestic and international partners
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Posting invoices and maintaining VAT records
- Reconciling bank statements
- Creating and settling cost provisions
- Assisting with audit documentation preparation
- Supporting the chief accountant in preparing tax declarations
- Assisting in preparing financial statements reports and analyses
- Cooperating with other departments to improve financial processes
What we expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department
- Knowledge of accounting principles and basic finance concepts
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Independence responsibility and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
Nice to have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with accounting software especially
