As a Client Success Manager youll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with Progynys growing sector of mid-market employer the role youll manage client accounts provide on-going relationship support and lead opportunities for growth and upsells.
What youll do
Establish cultivate and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels serving as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor and deliver customer-centric solutions
Build relationships with consultants and brokers recognizing the value they bring to our clients
Successfully manage upsells of new product lines and renewals of current clients
Effectively plan negotiate and influence the interactions and relationships with customers their brokers / consultants and internal team members to achieve strategic account goals
Deliver regular reporting to customer including plan performance and service results
Create and clearly articulate the value story trend drivers and tracking of solutions performance to the customer
Develop a strategic plan for a mid-market size book of business to efficiently meet role objectives
About you
3-5 years of experience within the employer benefits or insurance industries
Proven track record of working with mid-sized employers for client relationship management and consultation within health care benefits segment
Excellent negotiation collaboration and listening skills
Excellent messaging positioning and presentation of information for client impact
Strong project management skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
Prior success in a fast-growing organization
Resides in the Northeast region of the US

In compliance with New York Citys Wage Transparency Law the annual salary wage range for NYC-based applicants is: $90000 - $105000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary cash bonus and equity.
