Job Description
As a Professional Support Assistant you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals. This is a full-time role remote-friendly role with a strong preference for candidates based in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with data entry and producing data reports
- Assisting with invoicing processes
- Assisting with reception duties such as answering phones processing mail and ordering supplies
- Coordinating event organisation and office catering
- Providing all administration support to the team as required
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role
You will be an experienced Administrator who is a team player along with;
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of urgency and efficiency
