Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our internal IT infrastructure team. This role requires a strong technical understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure with a focus on secure operations and service reliability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people leadership skills and foster a positive working culture aligned with our people-first values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the infrastructure team
- Ensure secure reliable and scalable infrastructure operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and security standards.
- Oversee the design deployment and lifecycle management of infrastructure services including Azure Active Directory networking and virtualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports business needs and performance requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to infrastructure services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
This role can be fully remote within Portugal however being able to attend some meetings in our Lisbon office would be a plus.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on cloud technologies (Azure).
- Strong understanding of networking virtualization identity management and security principles.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services including IaaS PaaS Active Directory and networking.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and project management methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
- ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification
