The role is a pivotal role in Customized Intelligence Operation at NielsenIQ.
The Individual is tasked with the obligation to ensure quality and compliance on all projects deliverables as per NielsenIQ standards and processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality and Compliance
- Thorough understanding of the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and related NielsenIQ fieldwork standards
- Ensure the overall quality and integrity of the data collected as per Nielsen standards
- Be unbiased process driven and able to document outcomes accurately and objectively
- Provide an accurate measure of Interviewer performance and effectiveness
- Ensure that QC deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Project Management
- Align stakeholders on KPIs for tracking and non-tracking projects
- This role involves working with different departments and as part of a team so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important to work effectively with others
- Able to meet deadlines and follow-up on action items
- Identify and address data and/or project concerns while fieldwork is ongoing
- Confirm that data is collected in accordance with project requirements
- Able to conduct data quality analysis on the project.
- Digital Agenda
- Efficient use of various internal digital platforms.
Qualifications :
- Graduate - Mathematics Statistics Economics Business Administration
- Overall 2 years experience in Market Research industry or a function that requires data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in MS word Excel and PowerPoint
- Fair knowledge of statistical tools and techniques will be an added advantage
- Strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic (preferred))
- Experience in project management
- Solid understanding of field interviewing processes preferably in Market Research Agency
- Proactive and great team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.
