Job Summary

We re looking for a driven and creative Recruiter to join our Search Team in Manila. This is not your typical recruiting desk job this is a hunter role. We want someone who thrives on actively finding top talent picking up the phone thinking outside the box and building strong pipelines.

If you have a salesperson s mindset competitive persuasive and results-driven you ll excel here. We especially value recruiters with a proven sales background and a knack for approaching candidates in innovative ways.

What You ll Do

Proactively source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels (cold calling networking referrals LinkedIn job boards creative outreach etc.).
Apply a sales-driven approach to recruiting pitching opportunities overcoming objections and closing top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing outreach screening interviewing and closing.
Develop creative personalized strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies.
Keep pipelines updated and provide clear timely updates to stakeholders.
Consistently hit and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

What We re Looking For

Proven experience in recruiting or sales ideally in agency high-volume search or business development roles.
A hunter mentality comfortable with outreach cold calls and pitching opportunities.
Strong persuasion communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close.
Creative mindset you don t just wait for candidates to apply you find ways to reach them.
Resilient persistent and competitive spirit.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once.
