Schedule: Mon Fri 4:00 PM 8:00 PM / Sun 2:00 PM 4:00 PM

Total weekly hours: 20 Hours

Join a thriving martial arts academy dedicated to transforming lives through fitness self-defense and personal growth. As an Appointment Setter you ll be the first point of contact for motivated prospects helping them take the important first step toward their martial arts journey by scheduling introductory lessons. This is a remote role where you ll work with a professional script-based system while representing a brand that changes lives through health and discipline.

Responsibilities

Call and text qualified leads to book introductory lessons
Handle inbound prospect inquiries with professionalism
Use text messaging as the main communication channel with leads
Follow phone scripts while maintaining a natural flow
Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM system
Record detailed notes and perform multiple follow-ups to maximize conversions
Manage lead pipeline by updating notes instead of deleting contacts

Requirements

Exceptional English communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong phone presence and ability to follow scripts
CRM and lead management experience a plus
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to work EST hours consistently
Professional self-motivated and independent work style
