Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify 15 inbound leads daily including follow-ups on older prospects.
Warm-transfer qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process.
Maintain accurate records and activity logs within Go High Level.
Follow defined processes while continuously improving call efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
Comfortable with high-volume repetitive call cycles.
Organized resilient and able to manage time effectively.
Experience using CRM or lead management software (Go High Level experience a plus).
Proactive coachable and eager to learn new processes.

Proficiency in Outlook, Asana, PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft 365. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain structured SOPs and processes.
