My client is a holding company headquartered in Singapore. It operates a diversified business interest that includes the largest noodles brand in Nigeria. Due to expansion they are in need of a SALES EXECUTIVE.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors wholesalers and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
- Implement effective route-to-market (RTM) strategies to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Monitor competitor activities market trends and provide timely feedback to management.
- Negotiate pricing promotions and contracts with trade partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting reporting and timely submission of reports.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 3 5 years of proven sales experience preferrably in FMCG
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of market dynamics trade channels and customer behaviors in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
- A self-starter with high drive resilience and target-oriented mindset.
