- Engage and Educate: Reach out to potential clients and partners clearly communicate our value and understand their workflows and pain points
- Solution Selling: Align Docupaths platform capabilities with the operational needs of prospects and clients
- Partnership Outreach: Support the development of relationships with resellers system integrators and BPOs
- Client Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls support product demos and assist with proof-of-concept rollouts
- Sales Enablement: Contribute to the creation of sales collateral such as decks one-pagers and short explainers
- Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM track outreach and deal progress and assist in timely follow-ups
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing tech sales or partnerships-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple clear terms
- Confident in client interactions through meetings video calls or live demos
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Experience in SaaS B2B or enterprise technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience using tools such as Notion Canva or AI assistants
- Interest in automation AI and document processing technologies
- Cross-cultural or international work experience
