We are currently looking for an energetic and skilled bartender to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences to our customers.
Job Summary:
As a Bartender you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring high standards of service. You will work closely with other bar staff and kitchen personnel to provide efficient and friendly service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails beers wines and soft drinks.
- Greet customers take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean organized and stocked bar area.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and notify management of supply needs.
- Ensure that all bar-related equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures including food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to create a positive memorable experience.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining bar cleanliness including washing glasses cleaning counters and disposing of waste.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new drink recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
- Knowledge of wine and beer pairing.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
